Program Overview - Intensive 7-week course with six interactive virtual sessions, in which participants will be coached on effective Cyber Security board presentations, including presenting a mock Board paper to actual Board members and receiving actionable feedback. - We conduct a pre-course participant survey and tailor content to individual participant needs, incorporating scenarios most relevant to them. Participants will be provided with course material to help them prepare their own Board paper. We encourage participants to undertake structured pre-work before each session, to reflect on the implications for their Board impact and their organization.
