Helen Henderson (GAICD) has provided counsel on strategic communications for over 20 years to CEOs and senior management at listed and private companies through to small NFPs. Her niche is working with technical experts and creating bespoke training that acknowledges each person has a different communication style. Qualified with a Bachelor of Economics and an MBA coupled with her extensive experience in corporate transformations, she specializes in the provision of strategic communications counsel, the development and facilitation of bespoke Board & Leadership Team workshops and senior executive communications training programs - with a commercial focus that delivers results. Based on client demand, Helen established Board Impact, to bridge the gap in understanding between IT executives and Boards.
